Betrayal Trauma Group

You’ve lost your footing and nothing makes sense anymore.

We can help you through the shock. You need someone to lead the way and take you step by step. You need people next to you so you’re not alone.

Laura Ramey, LMFT, IFS therapist and Kelly Bourque, LMFT, Certified EFT therapist are excited to join forces to provide this educational support group for women who are recovering from discovery of a relationship betrayal (ie - affair, pornography/sex addiction discovery, financial betrayal, emotional affair). 

Kelly has worked with couples recovering from betrayal trauma for over a decade. She has heard time and time again that a group like this is a great need. Pulling from her clinical experience and bonding science, Kelly will help validate the pain you are feeling.

Laura has worked with both couples and individuals struggling to make sense of the betrayal. In her work, she's able to help individuals honor all feelings and behaviors that show up in the aftermath of discovery. She's also gifted at helping individuals get curious about how this impacts their personal history and story and how to heal messages of shame. 

We believe that everyone's story is unique. While we can help explain typical responses and patterns, we also feel it's important to make space for your unique pain.

For 6 consecutive weeks Kelly and Laura will cover these topics and more:

-Validate your pain and experience.
-Is it ok to want to repair?
-What can I expect in a potential healing process?
-What makes it worse?
-What are my next steps and what should I expect couples therapy to look like?

GROUP DETAILS:

$250 for all 6 weeks
Mondays from 2-3 pm CST on ZOOM
April 5, April 12, April 19, April 26, May 3 and May 10
Group is capped at 10 women.
